Inspired by this video, I found out the plant I am growing is a beautiful big plant of lemon grass so today I went and picked some leaves and juiced them with fresh organic carrots. I then cracked a Thai young coconut and blend the carrot/lemongrass juice with coconut water and ICE.... Oh goodie gum drops was it delicious!!! I am so going to be blending more fresh made juice with ice instead of just dropping ice in the cup. I love slushie and veggie juice slush are fabulous! as are you!

I don't remember if I already wrote this to you, but check out Rasayana in Bangkok or Pattaya (Pattaya is one of my very least favorite spots, like a 3rd string Patong, but the Rasayana cafe was definitely a highlight). My partner is half-Thai so we've spent TONS of time in Thailand. Would love to give you tips if you need / want them.
Hahaha. Patong is crazy! Lots of lady boys :) Hope you enjoyed your stay in the quieter areas of Phuket. Did you get to see Chalong temple or Big Buddha shrine? So beautiful!
