Mystery cristal is still my fav. BKI song, BKI was a little better, in my eyes not by much cuz these two games are still the best games ever created but the story of BKI had a little more depth, but I do have to say in response to your comment that the battle system of the first BK is more complex and more entertaining in my eyes, in BKII everything is just given to you when you fight mainly because of the discard option and the follow up card system...

The sequel is a bit more complicated and difficult than this, but it's still much fun.
