I feel your pain. I am treating a 3 patients presently, who are with this insurance company. It is more like “Assurance of non-payment of claims”, rather than insurance in its most expected sense. Of course, the insurance company is more than willing to shake out 6-8 Ben Franklin's to a medical prostitute (DME) in return for “opinion favors” rather than liberating assets in good faith to treat the patient.
