@MarkusAir2000 Please Markus don't try to land on the forefoot. This is a big mistake, but very common unfortunately. Forget about the forefoot, everybody can land on the forefoot it is not difficult at all. Point is loads of people land forefoot actively in front of the body and thus still braking, pointing toes down and not letting the heel drop to the ground and running with a cadence way to low. Well I can tell you this will be a MAJOR workout for the calves. To be continued .....
@MarkusAir2000 You got to learn to land as close as possible UNDER the body. If you're able to do so, the landing will automatically (naturally) be over the ball of the foot. The ability to do so depends on lots of things. Most important is to get rid of old "bad" habits" (anticipating for landing). The focus should be on picking up the feet from the ground (pulling ankle under the hips) allowing the swing leg to land passively. It's a whole different mindset + perception (awareness of running).
Though her gait improved, she still continues to swing her arms across her torso. Propelling the elbows back and forth than side by side completes the POSE Method.
Relaxed calves? When I tryied to land on the forefoot, my calves were soar next day.

@Thjeko
Thanks alot! You saved my legs.
Im starting to work on that. So, land naturally as close as possible under the body, got it.
Good point at mindset thing, because pose method IS very different from what I have been taught, or, not taught at all.

You still aren't landing with your feet directly under you but it's a big improvement.
