Man i wish you showed more highlights of the Eels defence in that second half. Sheer Brutality. Pay, Smith and Moran could all turn on the thuggery when they needed to. I haven't seen that game in 13 years and I still remember the very liberal refereeing. A blatant elbow into Taylor's face by Moran there was totally ignored. Norths had no steam for the next week when the Bulldogs did them 23-2 at North Sydney. They were completely bashed in this game.
@90sfooty i didn't have it, otherwise i would have... I was at the game and YES it was something I've never seen again. The referee almost lost control of the game because he didn't know what to do.. ALL THE HITS were legal but just savage... At one stage Parra players were running into each other trying to get to the ball runners first. It was beyond brutal and impossible to sustain.
i will never forget this game wowwww , come on parra i have been waiting A LONG TIME FOR A TITTLE , please god let 2012 be our year ;)
