I'm an ocasional smoker who smokes at most 2 cigarettes a day. A few weeks ago I had a really bad headache and became sick which lasted 3 days. Ever since then I have had dry coughs. I also should mention I smoke for about 3 years now. What's your take?

i have a cough taht is usually dry.sometimes theres phlegm.when i wake up every morning.I will cough out a lot green/yellowish mucus.Is that a bronchitis?

Thanks for the 3 part videos. I recently caught Bronchitis for the second time this year and I think... I'm getting the message. I can't say I can quit smoking completely but I will until I get rid of this ugly cough.

just loved your videos. i really needed information on bronchitis. these days im having cough attacks, sometimes it stops but at times it gets quiet bad.i'm 20 of age and also a smoker. i sneeze sometimes and my throat isn't well too. but still i'm not sure if i have a chronic or actue bronchitis.m not smoking anymore because it makes it worse. but in the end thanks for your information

Thank you for sharing and allowing comments too. I am really suffering today, 6/3/09 with bronchitis today is day 8. I am taking Sovereign Silver, Braggs Apple Cider Vingegar, & grapefruit juice. I quit smoking, after 20years, three years ago. I am so glad I quit. Your encouragement that I will recover from this virus is helpful.
