This game reminds me of Kingdom Hearts, some kid suppose get a mighty looking weapon only to find it was a dagger that emits red lights. Not to mention the in-game template was overly colorful compare to the previous series, well maybe the producer had handle one of those power ranger sequel.
i always think killer is yuri cause they both use the same type of wepon kinda look the same you don't know killer true name or back ground and in the 2nd one when yuri lost his memoreis was the true ending so he could be in fact killer it just don't say it plus the coat the same to
@ryuthedragonhero no no, The bad ending was Yuri losing his memories. In the Good ending he chose to die to preserve those memories and returned to Alice in the past to set things right.
I haven't played this game because it didn't revolve around Yuri, but some other kid. Is it related to SH and SH2? Or completely separate. I'm sure the play through is still quite fun, but does it do SH and SH2 justice?
@sorumian It has "A" connection to a part in 2, a few characters are related to others (The main character's butler is Lenny from 2, um, the vampire girl is related to Keith and Joachim, Roger Bacon returns ect.). But in no way is the story connected to Yuri or Alice, though Lady and Killer look like them. I was disapppointed because Will was introduced as an energy that opposed Maice, they could've easily made a game off of that.

Though the game bears little to no resemblance to SH and SH: Covenant, it still is a wonderful game to play; it definitely does them justice. Plus, there's also some interesting references to the first two games if you know where to look... :p

i love shadow hearts .if ya have the play station 2 game .I need a help .i stopped and i couldn't solve that step it was in Chicago when the monsters were in the hotel but i deon't know how to complete i was just stuck in the hotel and i didn't know which room to go!!i had to attack many monsters until i die!!
The thing I didn't like about these parts of the ending was that we saw more heartbreak and emotion from Lady for Killer than from her for Johnny in her Malice form. I mean, I know we saw her release all of her will into Johnny in order to save him when she still had her identity and yes I realize that after that incident, Grace was no longer Grace. But it still would've been nice to see at least a small glimpse of her soul, saying goodbye to Johnny or something like that.
