I have a form of autism called Aspergers Syndrome

and this is the second organisation that isn't understanding Autism

Autism Speaks being the first

GR is stupid because autism isn't a disease

but Autism Speaks actually try to make Autism seem like Cancer

and that turns me inside out

Autism is a socially, mentally and emotionally effecting condition with a whole spectrum of varieties

I've grown to like my Aspergers

and i won't change that one bit

I was diagnosed with Autism when I was 3 years old - and I've researched Generation Rescue - they are a fucking disgrace - all they do is talk about fighting and curing Autism - like it is a fucking disease. Here's an idea - how about setting up programs that actually help Autistic kids with stuff like Life Skills and helping them in their education, things that actually matter ! Fuck you Generation Rescue - it's groups like yours that make me hate being autistic !!!
