hey kev, a buddy of mine told me about burning dried out corn kobs instead of wood. have you ever heard of this??? if so is it very good at cooking the meat?
I normally use a pressure cooker to cook my Boneless Rib delite (lol) but I thought it was time to learn the Grill, but mine never come out just right off the grill. I want mine to be "fall off the bone" cooked, ya know? Any advice?
It's main two ingredients, if memory serves me correctly, are rice and pork liver. I live in Tennessee and everyone I know that's had it says it's great. Even if it wasn't I'll betcha Kev could make it good.

LosAngelesFresh1 Can cook in oven, tight foil after you grille for appx 2 hours. NO MORE than 200 degrees! That will do it!
