where i live in northern ontario our town is so small, theres nothing else to do with it all. i mean, we're environmentally aware, we recycle, but our compacted recycling just sits in cubes because theres nowhere for it to go. Burning is one of the better options to get rid of it.
These are the homeless bears.. They have to dig through garbage to eat.
