  • PITT Force (Professional Intenisty Training Techniques) is a German training style invented by Nicole Pfuetzenreuter's husband 'Karsten Pfuetzenreuter'. I understand that each rep is performed with a 3-5second pause in between which forces the body to minimise lactic acid build-up from continous repping whilst re-cycling ATP for more reps.
