Wow...Donna's still got it!!! Her voice is AMAZING, its a shame that Donna like many SUPERIOR singers then AND now don't get the recognition or respect they so richly deserve.
Her voice is still sensational, but I agree. I think less is more, that is, she is still sexy enough with much less cleavage showing or none at all. I think with more left to the imagination, she is still quite appealing, along with her beautiful singing voice.
Love It Away (in the heart key of F) is the 2nd best track on Donna’s new CD. The Bob Dylan track (I’ll Be Your Baby) is the stand-out. On my first CD listen-thru, I repeated that track 3 times. Those of us who haved loved Donna since the 60’s have never heard her be that sexy before (it was worth the wait).
When I saw Julie Andrews, Johnny Mathis, Shirley Bassey in Concert - they just stood there. Their talent speaks/sings for itself. Donna has the beauty and talent to carry her song by just singing it. A striking beauty, and yet, her costumer in this video somehow takes away from the words. Stiletto heels, low cut dress - well, what a distraction, but not in a good way. I love the words/music and her voie though, beautiful.
Miss Loren has a great voice as always. A very pretty lady. BUT something is not quite right - perhaps the costume or the way it is choreographed. I do not like this phrase, but - "Act your age." GREAT TALENT, range like Shirley Bassey - but this type of video, well - almost creepy. Though Miss Loren is a superb singer and beautiful.
"Other new one"? Not sure what that means. Donna has been absent from the limelight for most of 40 years. This is part of her return. Her new, just released album includes this new original song and others songs previously released by other artists. This is a simple video and could use some better editing. She still looks cute when she smiles. I hope to see more of her in the future.

Ah, if only there were lyrics for the Hard of Hearing.
Ever thought of making close captions for the song?
Sigh.

This is title song just released for the first time on Donna's new "Love It Away" album. The song is done in an acoustic style on the CD as well.

How much different is this one supposed to be from the other "new" one?
