I'm sorry, but SL relationships aren't real. Having cybersex and moaning over voice chat isn't what I would call a relationship because at the end of the day, they don't give a damn about you. They only care for the avatar because that's who they originally had feelings for. If anyone meets in RL after playing in SL, then your relationship won't last long. Your avatar is the fantasy they desire. Thus, they take a liking to you. They think you look like your avatar. If you play SL, get a life.

My real life boyfriend and i did meet in a MMORPG just not SL and we are happy in love. I once was scared to join SL because i know that you can do every thing in this game but once I joined I have now met some really nice people i clam as family. Remembers me of the days when I fooled around in SL. I ran into a medieval town with people who thought they were vampires with personal female sex slaves (also real ppl). After I emptied my rocketlauncher on the entire town and I got kicked out of there I went to another world where I found myself in a shed with kinky horse avatars wearing latex suits. I saw a report on the news about Second Life marriage, this woman broke up with her husband for having sex with and marrying a girl on Second Life.

It made me realize how lame people are, and I'm talking about the overprotective wife.

The irony of it all is when the man got divorced him and his Second Life partner got married in Real Life.
