My feeling is that is terribly hot...simply because it suggests instead of showing. Furthermore, the viewer's look is naturally led to the "top part" whichi is absolutely breathtaking (despite it's limited by the shoulderbag).

Here, the skirt is brown. Imagine a second what should occured whith a pastel colored long skirt?

In my view, the secret of the heat released relies in the flowy and sweeping character.
