Real time pcr is based on the principle of pcr, the difference is that in real time pcr we adding a dna probe which consists a short DNA complementary to target DNA with one end is fluorescent reporter and another end is a quencher. now when the primer bind to target DNA as the chain is elongated until meet DNA probe, the 5'-3'-exonuclease will degrades the probe and separate reporter and quencher. Hence the reporter can detect dye. The advantage of real time compare to traditional one is th
There are more than 3 French terms and knowing French would be beneficial to understanding the detail of what's going on. In fact, towards the end of the video there's enough French that a non-French speaking individual like myself won't understand the difference between PCR and real time PCR. So continues the quest to find a video in English. If I were literate in French, it seems like this would be an excellent video to learn from.
@GnomeKiller09 La PCR en temps reel= Real time PCR amorces = primers Principe: principle Sonde fluorescente: florescent probe specificite augmentee: increased specificity echantillon: sample Meilleure sensibilite: better sensitivity PCR: qualitative qPCT: quantitative and there were in fact only 5 terms that i had to pause and google. but hopefully you found another video by now anyway.
there were probably only 3 actual French terms in there, I don't think you need to know French to know what hybridization/elongation/polymerase is :P unless of course you don't even do science.
Bt since I thought It's spanish I jus wrote that I do not understand spanish that well and It would be nice if the video was in english...And I dont think that I wrote sumthing offensive !!!!!!!!
so Where the helll does culture come from in here like srslyy ?? -__-
@priyankaverma94 Culture! is to know stuff about other countries, cultures, etc. If u have at least a little bit of culture you can at least know that that's not spanish!
