Yups I just moved to Bountiful from Arizona 4 months ago, never experienced a storm this strong, i slept threw most of it but saw the aftermath, glad my dad wasnthat night he's a truck driver. but glad no deaths. and hated no heat that morning and no internet so I was hungry for 8 hrs and bored for 8 hrs waiting for my uncle to get home from his lunch break with food.
I'm also a Bountiful resident. I went to my internship that morning, and they told me to just go home because they had no power. Then I went to school and the only kids there were the ones that didn't have a way home. Then I just had to make a fire in my fireplace for the first time in 10 years just to stay warm. Fortunately, myself, my family, and my property are all undamaged. But I can guarantee that there isn't a soul in Davis who doesn't know someone who didn't get some serious damage.

What a mess. And strange that in Tooele, where I live, only 40-50 miles away, there was zero wind that day.
