@Davetech23 I tried five minute epoxy on mine... I wouldn't recommend that... I finally threw mine in the garbage... Mostly one of them as seen on TV gimmicks that work fine in the infomercial, but not so much in the real world...
However, I am a tile contractor who also owns the Rotozip and porcelain drilling bits as shown in this commercial. I do those cuts all the time.
Yes, it is true that a tile can crack if you put too much pressure while drilling with a hole saw diamond bit. But you lay it flat on the floor and go slow and it works fine.
They show a perfect hole make with rotozip and there's no way that's going to happen. It will look crappy.

How about a vid that shows how to repair the slipping fan inside my Rotozip?
Bosch site says they don't have the parts but they would be glad to sell me another one.
