because if you say he gives you your whole life, ive screwed up so many times, if i was god i would just wipe myself off this world. I fall for temptation so many times, i think god hates me. Does god love me even? I've prayed to him so many times and he has talked back but nothing comes when i fall to the temptation. I'm so broken will you guys please pray for me? im so close to letting go! someone, anyone out there, help!

Well what I got from the song was a person coming forward and admitting they have not lived as God would have wanted us to, but now they want the chance to live the right way. Also, and maybe this is just me, but when I am at church I act differently then when I am with my friends, and well it sounds to me like the person wants to be able to act the same outside of church and not lose faith. But that's just what I got. May I ask what your perspective on it is?
