I was playing Saru Saru Daisakusen and when I first heard Blue Monkey's voice, I went "Is that Cloud Strife's voice?"

I don't understand why people like Japanese dubs so much? They're over the top, they have a specific pattern, and you have to read the subtitles missing out on all the action. In my opinion, I'd say english dubs are better.

Kouichi Yamadera is awesome (and yes, Maaya Sakamoto and Takahiro Sakurai too)! Ö_Ö Beside Donald Duck he also does Genie, Sebastian, Beast, Mushu, Stitch and Jaq the mouse (from Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep)! He know how to act! One of his other role beside disney character is Ryouji Kaji from Neon Genesis Evangelion ;D Just throw that in for people to know how he sound on a human being~

Gothic, that is not true. Ofcourse its a character cross-over, this does have a final fantasy-like storyline, but only the Final Fantasy world. Just as how the other disney worlds followed their original storyline, but it would include Sora's presence as an impact on the resulting story.

In this cross-over, Cloud is still trying to find Sephiroth.

I know what you mean, but it still non-canon with the storyline. Sure Cloud is trying to find Sephiroth, but we never know why. Aerith is alive and the other final fantasy characters come from Hollow Bastion not their original towns. Also they have different backgrounds like losing their home to the heartless. Yuna, Pein and Rikku are fairies or whatever, Tidus Wakka and Selphie are kids as well as Seifer being from Twilight Town. Its a crossover with FF characters, but I do get your point.

yeah, Maaya Sakamoto is her seiyuu (voice actor). if you like anime, you should search for the opening of the anime Rahxephon which is Hemisphere(aerith/maaya sings it). Maaya is a singer. Very famous for Escaflowne.

i think it has to do with the fact that the japanese can't say "th". it comes out as "ss". so in japan it's aerith, and here it's aeris. they changed it when they realized the mistake.
