  • Oh my gosh! so many garage tunes u forget about, i nearly jumped out my chair when the drop came in!

  • i need this!

  • I miss the crazy Garage party's from the 90's

  • This tune alone made Grant Nelson the toast of London in 1994.. Then came Todd Edwards (New Jersey, Usa)and he took his crown in regards to London's House and Garage fans eyes. As London House and Garage heads became hooked on his new sound.

It was a wonderful time to be into this music as you still had Kerri Chandler, MAW, Mood 2 Swing, MK, Dave Lee, Smack Productions, UBQ, Moodyman, 95 North, Blaze still dropping bombs.....

  • Superbly Funky house track from the 1990s which I have on CD. Reminds me of the old days when I used to go to "Release The Pressure" on a Saturday Night in Central London, England. Whatever happened to the people at "Release The Pressure" who also owned "Release The Groove" in Denman Street, Piccadilly, London W1 back then.

  • @Gil1976 the dubble decker was one of my favs on Nice n Ripe, Grant Nelson made top tunes on this label - his later stuff on Swing City was pretty good too!

  • you cant deny,its brilliance.

  • hot milk

  • ..Oh and I used to have the original where they stole the keys from on a white label bootleg..anyone know who that track is by and what it's called? I want it.

  • logic - blues for you (hard dub)

    :)

  • You rule!! thanks, always wanted to know what the original was! now I just need to find it on ebay!

  • @timbeluski this isn't actually the original. Grant nelson borrowed Logic's 'blues for you' on strictly rhythm and done his own thing with it

  • I know...I want to get the original.

  • Comment removed

  • Yep what's to say, this is a good example of original UK Garage. I used to just call it house music...whatever.

  • musical house-garage call it whatever u want music at its best ! guys great to c u all got great taste in music , grant nelson back in the day what a remix!

  • weeee da da da doing it again!!!.....the best garage tune ever made!!!

  • I thought I was the only one who thought this. I am so pleased to hear someone else say it.

This really is the greatest garage tune ever made.

  • Make that 3, this is the tune that got me Djing all those years ago and was the standout track on any compilation that it's on...a sheer masterpiece as far as music production is concerned. Hard to believe that it is 14 years old

  • LOL well if we get enough people together, we should start a facebook group for it!! :D

  • One of my faves too! This was the first 12" I ever bought and is the reason I started DJing. This tune got me into garage in a big way, but technically it isn't really UKG, this tune was released in 1994. UKG didn't really properly kick in until 1997-ish.

  • why don't u do like a relay long mix of wot u got and put it on mp3 download

  • oooh shit,,,, where did you get this track from???

use to rock my socks of to this joint back in 95
