I returned that one, too, and after a million emails they returned only a third of the price (forget about shipping costs). I wasted an awful lot of time and money, for nothing. And you are 100% SURE you have the same model? This is NOT a sciPhone i9, or i68 or whatever they are called, it's got to be a phone with a 3.5 inch screen 4x4 icons, at not a 3.2 inch screen with 3x4 icons.

The battery on this one can't be removed and it is a SINGLE sim phone.

All I can tell you is that I ordered several times from FCT before and I NEVER had a problem with them. A lot of people from the forum I am "working" at are very happy with FCT :-)

most of the clones actually do come in boxes with apple logos etc. no trademarks or registration is gonna stop people from slightly changing the packaging to get away with it. have a look around on YT or ebay and you'll be suprised.

Well, you need your own simcard of course and IF this phone really operates on GSM 1900 (which I can't test over here), then you just insert your sim card and you are ready to go. Those Chinese phones are NEVER locked, they work with every simcard :-)
