Orks are entirely resistant to Chaos - even if they weren't - what could Chaos possibly tempt them with?
A tribe of them once wandered into the Eye of Terror, I remember, and decided they liked killing Daemons and warp-spawned horrors. Now, every day - they kill hundreds of Daemons, only to be slaughtered themselves after a long fight. The next day - they're resurrected in a cycle.
Orks - being the biggest, stompiest, shootiest boyz around decided to call this Daemon world - paradise.
@dethcon5002 The orks ARE quite resilant. They can make head transplantations - and it will end just find. Taking a bolter in the forehead isn't that much of a worry for 'em.
Ghazgkhull is the largest, strongest, most cunningly brutal and brutally cunning Ork who ever lived. He claims to be receiving visions from the Ork Gods, Gork and Mork, though he's probably just suffering delusions because his brain is more than 30% metal.
He is nearly 19 metres tall (20-30 feet) and swore he'd see the Ork dream fulfilled-

His second invasion was the subject of a huge worldwide gaming campaign Games Workshop (makers of Warhammer 40k) held about eight years ago.

In the end, Ghazkull stopped even trying to take it because it was no longer necessary to take it. The constant siege of Armageddon now serves MUCH BETTER purpose - to keep all the Imperial Forces in the entire sector occupied with just one planet, while he can savage dozens others with only a small army of boyz. ;)
Everything can be corrupted by Chaos, but Orks are especially resistant to it, probably even more so than Tau. Orks generate their own psychic field, seperate from the Warp, that protects them from the corruption of Chaos.

Yes they can. If you read in Codex: Daemonhunters, it says that they can mistake (this probably happens quite a bit) Nurgle for Gork or Mork (he's big and green), and usually worship him by mistake.
1: Chaos gods see them as lesser beings an unintelligent tool, Orkz only serve the purpose helpful to them, as they technically fufill what chaos gods want; Change, not fearing death, enjoying war, and SLAUGHTHERING
2: Once a WAAAGH! is on the Orkz create a so massive hive-like psychic effect that even demons gods cant affect one of the, and Orkz do some kind of WAAAGH! most of the time, and they'd be useless to chaos gods when not
Yes they can. And Tau isn't immune to chaos, they just dont have almost at all psychic powers, and wont use warp trawel tech, so deamons and other chaos things cant corrupt them so easily.
He didn't fail, he plunged the planet into eternal war, which is exactly what he wanted to do. Why conquer a planet when it can serve as a bottomless troops sink for the Imperium while you go off conquering other planets?
And yes Ghazghkull is the most badass Orks!
