I liked it, especially the end when Ichigo really does come and take her away. I can't think of any times where Rukia and Ichigo have shared any sweet moments like that, and besides Orihime has said she loves Ichigo so I really want the two of them to end up together.
what episodes are 1:30, and 1:44? oh, and a note to add. Look at ichigo's fingers from 3:03 to 3:11. doesn't it look like he grabbed a firmer hold of her hand a little bit? even though he was unconcious, his body might have sensed she was holding his hand, and made him unconciously hold her hand back. idk it was just a thought.
