There is no "rapture" as some believe; the New Testament only says that there will be a "gathering" of all peoples at the end of time for Judgement Day. Nobody before the 1800s taught the "rapture" doctrine.

So you write the whole thing off by calling people stupid? Not much to say about that, and Jesus never spoke about "religion" rather knowing Him as you would a good friend to put your trust in. ATTENTION ALL BELIEVERS, the "rapture" is not biblical anyway in the pre-tribulation sense. Jesus will come back ONE time, to gather his church and judge the world. Read Matt 24, the whole chapter and see that it is only after the tribulation that He comes. The rapture doctrine was written by a catholic priest, Francisco Rivera in the 16th century to overturn the protestants claims that the pope was the anti-christ. @CosmosPrivateer That 1,000 years is JUST His length of time to Rule & Reign on the Earth. It's to coinside with Creating the Earth in 6 days, then Resting on the 7th. To the Lord a thousand years is as a day & a day as a thousand years. In other words, 1,000 of our years is the same as a day to God. He Reigns for that 1,000 years which is the 7th day of Rest. Revelation 21 tells us about SOME of Eternity, which comes AFTER THE Kingdom Reign & the Great White Throne Judgments.

John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” - contrary to predestination.
Acts 2:38, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit" ." - contrary to predestination.

#2 I've already been convinced I was 'in the Spirit' - and what I figured out after leaving Christianity, was that 'the Holy Spirit' is just your imagination. That's the only explanation for Christians continually saying the same exact thing you do, yet differ on what the bible actually says.

If I've already watched a movie, I can't have much emotion about it at all - there's no surprises. Yet, the bible stories continually portray a God that doesn't know what's just happened (eg Cain, where is your brother? What have you done?), and reacts emotionally to it. What gives?

There is so much speculation. Suffice it to say that the Lord Jesus is going to return but it is not for us to know the day nor the hour. What I admonish everyone to do is read the Bible and believe what it says, not what someone tells you that it means! When someone tells me what it means it sends up a red flag. There is no "rapture" as some believe; the New Testament only says that there will be a "gathering" of all peoples at the end of time for Judgement Day. Nobody before the 1800s taught the "rapture" doctrine.

Somewhere is Rev 4 the Bride comes home and she is singing the song of the Lamb in Rev 5:9. Only those redeemed by The Lamb's blood can sing this song. That is us. The tribulation saints are the ones in white robes waving palm branches standing on Mt Zion in heaven after they are preached to by the 144,000 sealed Jews.

The Lord did not leave Lot in Sodom and Gomorrah so I believe we are out of here soon. Rev 3:7-13 incates this church only has a little strength. We can only just stand against the tide and cling onto the truth. Jesus said in Luke 21:36 after He spoke about the signs of the end. Always pray that you are accounted worthy to Escape All these things that shall come to pass and stand before the Son of Man. We are meant to escape this time. This judgement is for the wicked & to bring the lost to God.

Wonderful video made me cry and long to go home. Sodom and Gomorrah USA is a disgrace. July 4th we celebrate in a few days and I feel like mourning in sack cloth and ashes. I feel so vexed and ashamed at what we have become. We are being worn out just as the word says. We cannot win this battle. We are not meant to. Rev 3:7-13 Jesus says we will ecape the hour of trial. He also says don't allow anyone to take your crown. Personally I believe this is the crown given those who are watching for Him

I had a dream about Heaven last year. I was on my way to a festival when all of the sudden a car came out of nowhere and hit me. Somehow I was still alive but barely. Next, a bullet came out of nowhere and killed me. Next thing I know, I was in Heaven and the first person I saw was Jesus Christ. I don't want you to go there! I just saw other testimonies of people that had near death experiences and came back to tell about it. I, also, saw Hell, twice in my lifetime and heard Satan's voice. ATTENTION ALL BELIEVERS, the "rapture" is not biblical anyway in the pre-tribulation sense. Jesus will come back ONE time, to gather his church and judge the world. Read Matt 24, the whole chapter and see that it is only after the tribulation that He comes. The rapture doctrine was written by a catholic priest, Francisco Rivera in the 16th century to overturn the protestants claims that the pope was the anti-christ. Its a lie to trick christians so they won't be ready... Check it out yourself

We can go argue about this for hours but I rather not....we will see when the day comes...even if there is a rapture people would actually take it instead of trying to help people who are still on earth......and there is no word in the bible called a 'rapture' John 17:15 I do not pray that you should take them out of the world but that you should keep them from the evil one.
