That is the religion was written as a mix of beliefs borrowed from the Babylonians and older tribal traditions. That would make Judaism a bit less than 3000 years old compared to Islam which is less than 2000.

Spain during the inquisition etc. Jews Christians and Muslims lived side by side in Palestine before Israel.

That is the religion was written as a mix of beliefs borrowed from the Babylonians and older tribal traditions. That would make Judaism a bit less than 3000 years old compared to Islam which is less than 2000.

Throughout history Islamic nations were generally more tolerant than Christian ones. Jews were victims in both but Christian Europe was a much more dangerous place to be Jewish. It was generally safer in the Islamic world. Europe during the Holocaust was mostly Christian. Russia during the Pogroms was Christian. Poland. Spain during the inquisition etc. Jews Christians and Muslims lived side by side in Palestine before Israel.

I looked intot he quaran after many people tried to convince me that it was like the Christian faith and that we shared the same God. I can say that after much comparison, that we DO NOT share the same God..The Christian God is a patient God who waits for us to turn to him, he doesn't tell believers to kill those who don't believe. The Quaran says that they can LIE to you to get you to convert to Islam. My Bible says to preach the gospel in truth.
