how come when i use like another perk besides stopping power and deep impact it takes more than 1 hit to kill someone(PTRS) please help.

Because sniper rifles are barely a one hit kill with stopping power. Deep impact has no effect on damage, unless the bullet passes through an object before it hits the target. And with the rampant MP40/Jugg. players out there, 1 hit kills without stopping power is literally impossible.

BUT THERE IS HOPE, and it will desend from heaven on Nov. 10, 2009.

in your next 1 use the ptrs but do no scopes and quick scopes that would make it alot better
