I don't see Obama in that list, if i remember well Keith Obamamnn gave a long winded rant about Bush not respecting the habeas corpus of the prisioners but he didn't do it when Obama said last week that he'll do the same in the Bagram prison with the excuse that Afghanistan is not US territory.

Nice attempt to make a point, but the difference is that Bush suspended habeus corpus for AMERICAN CITIZENS. That was what his "long winded rant" was about. And note: by referring to it as a "long winded rant" you give away the fact that you didn't agree with it then, and are only talking about it now because you (incorrectly) believe you have identified a contradiction.

Are they so stupid? Anybody can see that in the future the real money is on new tech and on getting the government to finance research and development. Later profits would mostly end up in private hands. As usual. I mean, NASA tech, computer tech and a dozen other techs have already made the jump from the government to the private sector with outrageous profits.
