As soon as anyone declares war with NK and wins, the flood of poverty stricken refugees would be so immense as to overwhelm South Korean and parts of Chinese economy. Poverty is NK's finest weapon, with it they can repulse any military might they wish. The way the rest of the world will fight Kim Jong is politically. When he is gone, the battle for reformation begins.
