ncrar or anyone for that matter downlad a internet speed tester or run one on a website type "speedtest" on google and run it it will tell you your upload and download speed and the upload speed is what you will expect on ps3 or xbox and that determines your ping

ms (milleseconds) is the ping it doesnt show you numbers on consoles for obvious reasons its easier for people to understand a green and red bar similar to mobile phone. signal.

their is no way a host can have a 150mpbs upload speed unless you are using fibre optic internet but ethernet cable is only maximum 100mbps and you cant plug in a fibre optic cable into a ps3.

Theres no servers the only way matchmaking works is by using the end user (you) or some else who is playing as the host. a dedicated server has 100mbps upload speed so there is no lag. and a host on 360 has like 1mb up or less

plz it just annoys me so much when someone says oh the servers are laggy on a console

"well guess what maybe its because there isnt any servers" there is a server but that server only chooses the host and manages other matches hosts.

i dont know what that means but it justs says the server/host speed at the top

when u get a invite press the ps button then press triangle on account managment and sign out then sign back in and accept party invite it works

yes, i actually made this video just before i got the news thta it wasnt a patch issue but a server issue, it should be fixed ow because they got more servers running now, invite system is still broken

Sonys servers arent stong enough im guessing. I dont think anyone really knew how many people were going to be playing this game....last time i was on 250,000 people were online, and while that may not seem like much. It probably caught Sony off guard.

Online wasn't broken by patch 1.02, it's a problem with the PS3's dedicated servers for MW2 in general.
