Anyone noticed that alot of esteles artes are other Tales charecter artes but weaker (phisical ones i mean) exemple ray sting :Light spear canon , pierce cluster : sword rain.

What do you think ?

I think Air Divide is basically one of Lion's artes, but I'm not sure at all...

I think it's based off Rutee's Snipe Roar, although Lion has a couple moves that are very similar IIRC. Estelle's moveset is basically based off other character's moves (except for Delight Roll, Marche Waltz, a couple others), and the ones that are 'copied' are really slow, with huge lag time. She's not terribly good at comboing physically.

Estelle has some pretty good melee artes (Delight Roll in particular, Marche Waltz too) but compared to the originals, they suck.

I don't really like playing as Estelle. In TOV, characters like black mages, or archers, who were a pain to play in the other Tales Of, are now very fun to play !

...Except for Estelle =P (Tear FTW !)

Actually, archers have always been pretty decent in Tales. Chester, assuming you took the time to level him, was pretty powerful (moreso in the remakes that gave him techs). Woodrow and Chelsea both have some very useful abilities (especially in ToDR), and there's Nanaly who can cover both black mage and midrange archer nicely. Tytree, while primarily a martial artist, has some amazing archery techs, and Natalia can free run and peg enemies at a distance to her heart's content.

And there's still Hisui Hearts who has some handy physical skills, on top of being a healer and wind/water mage (although I like keeping him out of battles and put him on the panel for getting uninterrupted Nurses out). Raven's probably Tales' worst archer so far at fighting due to his subpar base stats, how slow he is (compared to Natalia) and that he can't combo nearly as well as Woodrow or Chelsea could, but Love Shot, being better than pretty much all of Estelle's healing, makes him awesome.

i think you have to use photon with Aetheron(spell?) or Crucible(spell?) 'cause those are the skills i had equipped when she started using it. and i know its photon because i had that spell put on LS-neutral and kept pressing A to get it. if you already know this, then never mind.

Like TalesRitual said, just tap the gaurd button, wait for her to sidestep, then press attack again. She'll say, "How do you like that?"
