How to make HD videos with Windows Movie Maker

Any idea how to do 1080p ? I chose it in the publish settings but it doesnt work, I also recorded in 1920 x 1080

im not sure about that, the 1080p setting in movie maker always seems to warp my videos when I use it, if I were you I would try downloading a different video editor if you want 1080p

It wont increase the quality of a video thats already been published, only raw videos that you havent edited yet, such as one you just recorded.
