Rather than jump on some bandwagon, one should examine all available facts in this case. It is a bad sign for all life for issues such as this to be used as an excuse to vent one's social 'points of view'. Some of you people exhibit attitudes no better than those who HAVE murdered. Allow me to clarify...I do believe that God's prayers are heard...that doesn't mean that if we don't get what we ask for, that God isn't listening. Unfortunately, "mankind" has the ability to make decisions...and in this case, much of the State of Georgia's officials seem to be making extremely poor decisions. It's OK. The execution was stayed then they heard his last appeal which was found to be unmeritorious.

You clearly have not looked at the evidence. It would be nice if this were not a racial issue, but I believe that it is. The fact that he is black and the police officer was white has been a mitigating factor. Having said that, I believe that Troy Davis is innocent. If you look at all of the evidence that has surfaced since his conviction, the retraction of previous statements made, and the fact that someone else has confessed, make it crystal clear. Thank God for the Supreme Court!

Troy A Davis is veteran and worked with police athletic programs as well.He argued with police for being rough with a homeless person. As an unfortunate event some one shot a ploice officer. Troy was identified as person of interest, He surrendered 19 Yrs ago and faced miscarriage of justice. has retrial appeal is pending since August 3rd 2007
