  • Hey I`m on my 29th day of my juice fast but I`ve only lost 21 lbs......I am taking an appetite suppresant prescribed by my doctor. Could that be why I haven`t lost the same as you?

  • Hey there! Have you thought about cleverous 402 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some extraord

  • Hi Tim, This is day 29 of my juice fast and I am watching all of you videos on the corresponding day of my juice fast. My feast / fast is somewhat different from yours, in some ways. I will tell you more about this - and will load some videos on my channel. About lemon - I think it is acidic in the sense that it will turn the litmus paper red. But it produces alkaline ashes. If you read Dr Hay's original book, he explains all this. He analyzed the ashes over a number of years.

  • what do you do if your not looking to lose weight (quite the opposite actually would like gain body mass) but need to do some internal cleansing

  • @D1rtyWhite I would still juice but in greater quantities more often and perhaps have more fruit. But other food plans might be better than juicing for weight gain - Although it should do nicely for internal cleansing.

  • Hi, Tim!

How many ounces of juice would you say you're having each day?

  • @TheCyberianWonder I am having 3 juice drinks per day, each between 400-500 mls (14-17 oz). In the early days I generally suggest if you are hungry to have more. Many people have 4-5 per day, but I find this is more than satisfying for me and I do not need any more. Thanks for dropping by! Oh and also every now and then, I miss a juice, not because of any reason other than I just am not hungry. But usually its 3 per day...

  • Good Morning, I'm still here. Down another pound. I had to make potato salad for the hubby last evening. That was tough. I'm so strong now. Didn't even taste it but he said it was to die for. :-)

  • @wahopin Great to hear about the weight loss and congratulations on staying strong, good on you!!! Yes indeed you get stronger as you go further on, it's wonderful!!
