I was so sick of almost beating him and then failing the quest. I mean, he keeps fleeing to the area with the bullfango in it, and the two of them together is hard as hell!  Finally beat him, though. I got the opportunity to kill the bullfango while the Congalala was on the other side of the area, then I took care of that wimpy bully, using my Bone Katana "Wolf."

for tigrex, the Deathprize SnS is king :) you can win without dying easily and I usually go with Longswords :P

yeah, I had the devil slicer way before I had deathprize and I just couldn't get many hits on the tigrex, he was too fast for me so I went SnS and it just worked for me, not one death :P
