The Jackyl told the truth, and yes he was censored, but I don't think it was the WWF's fault. It was outside religious forces and groups that felt his message was very controversial, and thus The Oddities were created!
If you want to see Jackyl as a wrestler, go to my page and watch a video I just uploaded of him vs. Rick Martel in a cage match in 1996 for a Winnipeg promotion.
I REALLY wish The Jackyl had been more recieved. The cultist, "David Koresh", thing was really pretty awesome in my book. I wish he'd come to back wrestling but he's moved on to other things.
@SwitchbladeKitty I agree 100%. He especially fit that Attitude Era timeframe, a cool controversial character. They could of went all the way with him, but he apparently wasn't liked by some of the guys, especially Bradshaw (or so the story goes)
I think that's a crappy excuse for dropping him if that was the case. So what if you don't like the person. When you have an opportunity for creating greatness you don't let personal issues get in the way of that. What about the interest of the fans?
@SwitchbladeKitty I agree with you because we all have worked with and for people we didn't particularly like, but had to tolerate for the greater good.

@AceDagger1 Yeah,I understood the same thing too from what I had read that he hadn't been well received in the locker room and behind the scenes.
