Wow amazing! You're houses are always a treat to watch build! You have the best traditional/contemporary houses I've seen to date. I only really make modern houses. You can check them out if you want! :)
I always draw out the plans with fencing first--that way, I know I am not wasting my time with something that's not going to work and--honestly--it helps with planning the whole house. The hardest part of building a new home for me is the 1st floor... It basically dictates everything... The style of the house, size, epicness, ect. So yeah... it helps!
Do you plan the house in real life first, or just have a basic ideas and develop it with the fences
