They seem to be getting crazier as I get older.

I just moved in with a gay man, great house, he wants to start a company to sell my animation, and I'm hot in the middle of my first (so-far awesome looking!) project for it. We have a bunch of cats, very quiet neighborhood, and I'm very happy.

Well one of the big problems is that historically nice guys are more than often overlooked and placed in the "just friends" category by most women. The only women that end up paying attention to the nice guys tend to be the ones that are crazy. At some point or another a nice guy will end up in a relationship with a crazy. Better that than to be lonely. Also a lot of the crazies out there tend to have over bearing and/or dominant personalities and they purposely seek out nice/malleable guys.
