  • BLUES EN UN PEDAL DE "METALCORE " por favor no toques Blues o pongan a otro cabrón que le saque jugo a el pedal ...

  • everyone shut up blues is a hundred times better than your metal death shit at least blues is actually listenable

  • @asdfghjkl17195 haha how old are u? Jazz is cool but metal is cool 2. at least its better than the every pop idiot

  • AHH SCHECTER C1 CLASSIC!!

  • Guys, metal has roots in blues. And, he's does "metal" riffs, too. Chill out.

  • Play fuckin metalcore this is a motherfucking metalcore guitar pedal not a blues pedal, you MORON!

  • This isn't blues pedal dude play it right

  • Whats the difference between the metal zone and the metal core?

  • @RoCkEr4014 Metal core is deeper metal. e.g. Slipklnot, all that remains. The Metal zone sounds crunchier and not as deep. Id prefur the metal core myself as i have both.

  • @Dev0Tii97 Did you just say that Slipknot was Metalcore?? They are nu metal.

  • I played with it today... it's very terrible.

  • metal zone is waaaay better

  • @AK47Gang100 NOOO WAAAAYY I has botha and the ML-2 Is a lot better

  • That sounds like sh*t.

  • "Rawr I'm an ignorant metalhead with no appreciation for other/older types of music". Don't get me wrong, I like heavy metal a lot, but you guys need to shut up and respect what blues/jazz/classic rock and a whole bunch of other genres have done to make Heavy Metal possible.

  • Why the hell would you get a 55 year old bus driver who enjoys sunsets and walks on the beach to test drive a Boss Metalcore pedal?? Dude take your blues guitar and style back home, and get a metal head to review the pedal yeah? We wanna see this tested on an ESP or a Jackson guitar with a Line 6 Spider or Mesa Dual Rectifier, and we want to hear some fucking brutal riffs! Worst review ever.

  • @MrMetalKittens That's right, but this demo would be much better if he played "Psychosocial" or "Nightmare".Blues still isn't metal,as TheGT4sm said.

  • I hope you all realise that blues is not only a type of music, but is also a scale. And is used many times in metal. Lamb Of God. I say no more.

  • Man, if u dont know how to play metal core, do a cover!

  • NO MORE FUZZ BOXES

  • Boss ML-2 Blues demo WTF!!!!

  • which has more metallica sound or thicker sound the metal core or the metal zone?

  • YOU EVER DO THE SAME SHIT

  • I know that metalcore isn't exactly the best genre of music, but couldn't you spend 5 minutes to learn an actual metal core riff instead of playing your blues riffs?

  • this guitar peddle is shit i got the sam e peddle guys i wont suggest u to buy this one

  • Don't play BLUES, PLAY METAL BITCH!

  • hm-2 all the way

  • This and the blues driver are my two favorites for overdrive.

  • This guy is just the proper faggot isnt he. Smacking his lips before every sentence shows his sense of importance.

  • @Decayparty ikr?

  • Ugh, just because you add pinch harmonics to your Blues riffs doesn't make it metal, mate.

  • @TheGT4sm I hope you realize that metal was an evolution of blues

  • @gav1230 I know it was, but that doesn't change the fact that blues still isn't metal.

  • NEEEEEEEEEEERRRDDDDD

  • Its sounds better than in all others demo. hmm. good on riffs and solo.

  • wow the sound reminds me hangar 18

  • How do you get that sound at 1:34?! Can someone send me a video on how to do it? I would really appreciate it.

  • @petenmoe Search up "pinch harmonics" on youtube. That's what he's doing. You could also probably search up Dimebag's squeelies tutorial. Pretty much the same thing except he dive-bombs the tremolo while doing it.

  • @z34th0x yeah but what if im someone who mostly plays guitar at home (which i am) and dont feel like buying some tube screamers but just a pedal that comes the closest to a nice metalcore pedal? well this one is supposed to be for metalcore, but if i want to buy this i need to know how it sounds with metalcore

  • Should i get this with a Peavey Vypyr 15 combo amp

  • @MoneyManHolla No, because the distortion is already pretty good on Vypyrs. Just go to either the 6505 amp or the K-Stein amp presets and crank that gain. I know this because I have the 75 watt

  • @Stirfrygoblin OK thanks

  • metal core guyz can get really screamy harmonics out of that monster, you don't have to buy a pedal for that anymore

  • can someone please tell me if worldmusicsupply delivers to P.O boxes?

  • makes no sense to have someone review a metal pedal thats clearly not into metal.......... @SpinalAlloy children of bodom aren't metal core moron, try killswitch engage and you might be closer....

  • @WarhammerMutateGuy try Bring Me The Horizon, and The Architects, you'll be spot on then

  • Comment removed

  • This guy had to at least lived in Wisconsin for some point of his life.

  • play some parkway or something holy shit

  • @1234Dandyman

I have the metal zone bro, and it's freaking amazing. If your looking for something similar to this with heavy dist than the metal zone is for you. It also has 3 band EQ.

  • does it matter what kind of amp when u have a pedal like this?

  • could this work on a bass

  • I tested this pedal in store. The Metal zone looks a million times better and it's cheaper

  • @1234Dandyman The metal zone is much better! Has a lot more of that low end crunch and much more versatilty.

  • @MrMeatBullet Yh I just bought a metal zone. I can get a real scoop sound and a good tone for playing solos. The tones it creates for older metal like maiden are great too

  • Wow. Great idea, let's get a blues player to demo a metalcore/deathcore-specific distortion pedal.

What a faggot, he's afraid to put those nobs to 11.

  • buddy, actually play some metalcore...

  • steve vai's jemini is much better than these bosses

  • These blues scales get rather annoying sometimes...

  • When I have this thing I'm not gonna put the level knob way that far. I'm gonna max it out and rock out.

  • this guy plays the same riffs in every video

  • i have this pedal and its perfect for any thing to be onerst nice bass treb sound u can get a proper good chugging sound out of it

  • its not just for metalcore the metal zone is actually better for metalcore but this guy needs to be reviewing overdrive petals this would be a gr8 petal for like black dahlia murder kinda tonish real crunchy i have the metal zone and core and the zone is wayyyyy more metalcore than this imo

  • Agh, as if anybody would get a Boss Metalcore to play blues-y solos! Play some metalcore already!

  • This guy is a tool. Get someone who plays things other than gay.

  • its just the name of the pedal !! its not for metalcore exclusively

  • wtf PLAY METALCORE

  • Oh man! That did get outta hand!

  • i hate looking up METAL pedals and all these god damn people playing blues and classic scales!!!!!!!!

  • @ElliottWalsh1117

all that metal is, is blues with a distortion.

  • @ElliottWalsh1117 you mean the root of metal?

  • @ElliottWalsh1117 LOL....so true.

  • @ElliottWalsh1117 And what, might I ask, is wrong with Blues?

  • @BeneathTheLogicLB Theres nuthin wrong wit blues, its just the wrong genre.

  • @BeneathTheLogicLB well idk its a METAL pedal and nobody displays it with metal

  • @ElliottWalsh1117

CLASSIC SCALES AND BLUES, IN MY METAL???

It's more likely than you think.

  • dude i totally agree such bullshit

  • what scale is he playing at 1:41?

  • annoying....he plays the guitar for a few seconds then tweaks the settings slightly about 1 degree and repeats. Don't be shy to max out the gain!

  • This it fuckin' called METALCORE so YOU SHOULD PLAY METALCORE WITH IT not some gay rock solos.

  • The MT-2 sounds so much better.

  • @tenhundredkills

i dont think so,thie guy sucks but normally the metalcore is better

  • @DrFringo I disagree with your pedal choice, but I do agree with you that this guy SUCKS. His MT-2 review wasn't much better.

  • Is the mic in his filling?

  • Sounds Pretty good to me. I like the tone it's not just the usual fuzzy crap that you get from metal or high gain pedals it's actually got some tone to it. I'm considering getting one of these but how do you think it would sound through a Seymour Duncan Invader in the bridge position with an active circuit ? I don't think it would be tinny or fuzzy through it ?

  • why cant i find any review on this pedal where someone actually plays metalcore..

  • @slagemo I don't think it's heavy enough for metal core. sounds more post-hardcore (ETF and such)

  • @slagemo Why can't you just watch a review where the guy is just showing you how a pedal sounds like instead of just listening to his playing? That's what I came here for.

  • @slagemo ok ill do it for you mate! using this effects my Metal Core. pretty soon ok..

  • @slagemo Because metalcore sucks.

  • @Iamyo0tube u suck

  • @slagemo I don't really like Metalcore except for Children of Bodom...I'm into thrash like Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Pantera, etc.

  • @SpinalAlloy Children of Bodom aren't even metalcore lol.

  • @slagemo Because metalcore is gay hahahahahahahahahahaha

  • @ExhumedRemains oh great another one of those narrow minded organisms that walk this world, just because its new and you dont like it, doesnt mean its gay... listen man i listen everything from frank sinatra and aretha franklin to suffocation and disfigured so dont go around lecturing me about music

  • @slagemo "just because its new and you dont like it, doesnt mean its gay"

    Yeah, but it is gay.

  • @lolsillymadchristian and that is where you are wrong, just because you think it's gay, it's your opinion you are stating it here as a fact. its not gay music, you just think it's gay. And also if metalcore is gay to you, why do you look up a pedal that is made for metalcore? well that's very easy to answer, you are looking for something that you think is gay, which makes you...... gay. i rest my case.

  • @slagemo "I know you are but what am I". Cool comeback bro. You might not want to overcompensate so hard next time though. It's fine if you're gay, we don't care.

  • @lolsillymadchristian since I do not think that this video is gay, i do not see a reason for you to call me gay, you only know me because i also commented this video, furthermore you know nothing about me. but you admitted your gay as i stated in the other comment.

  • @slagemo Are you this much of a try-hard in real life? It can't be fun spending all your time denying your sexual identity like that. What a shame.

  • @lolsillymadchristian who's denying here? you started denying you are gay, how does that make me gay? and this better be a well educated answer, because "just because you are" is not acceptable.

  • @slagemo because it's not only for friggin metalcore

  • @slagemo because metalcore is gay hahah

  • We want to hear what it can really do, not how to make it sound like classic rock!

  • he cant even play metal

  • the metal zone pedal is much better

  • He play the same thing in every review!!!

    imagination dude!!!

  • i have this pedal, and it suck very high.......

  • Why is it that blues and old school rock guys always demo metal pedals?

  • This pedal is more like for modern metal so for that is much better than the matalzone

  • his guitar and amp settings makes the ml-2 distortion pedal sound weaker than my md-2, for gods sake WHY WOULD YOU USE THAT MUCH MIDDLE AND NOT ACTIVE PICKUPS in a metal dist. pedal demo?

  • I do not like this guy.

  • HM-2 is miles ahead of this

  • Whats the difference between a metal core and metal zone

  • @guitarshreder43 that metalzone sounds much heavier than metal core, but i like metal core too

  • Damn! If he is presenting the Boss (!!!)Metal Core(!!!) ML2, he should play some real metal core!!! I mean... What the fuck???

Anyway, the sound is badass *_*

  • @FreakOnFrets Thats what I was thinking lol. But for Metal Core, this sounds a little bit to trebly.

  • metal core or metal zone ?? which one u recommend me....

    ps: i hate this guy!!

  • @franciscoof Metalcore. Metalzone is just a bit shit imo. If you can find one though I'd recomend the Boss HM-2 (heavy metal) its just amazing

  • im not sure to go with the metal core the digitech metal master or the hardwire metal any body know which is best thanks

  • OH MAN! I was waiting for it to go on full bass and 50% for highs and distort drive at 80% .

  • Md-2 or Ml-"? what's better?

  • why does a guy who doesnt like metal review a metal pedal?

  • I BOUGHT ONE 3 HOURS AGO... IT'S EVEN BETTER THEN I HOPED

  • C'est bien beau de tester une pedale Metal Core.. Mais en jouant du MetalCore ca serait mieux !!

  • why you playing acdc when its supposed to be a metalcore pedal???

  • can you switch it back to clean??

  • If your amp has a clean channel .. I guess it can xD

  • I NEED ONE

  • I NEED ONE

  • \m/

  • What is the difference between metal zone and metal core

  • @drewsly1 This is what I m trying to figure out myself, I have the MT-2 Metal Zone and if I tweak it right, I can produce most of these sounds. If anybody else knows, get in touch!

  • @drewsly1 The Metal Zone gives more of a dirty sort of older sound like Metallica, Megadeth, etc. and the Metal Core is more of a modern sound and a little heavier if that helps.

  • @NBG079 so like, which has the most distortion, the most output. The most SCREAM?

  • long live Line6 pods !!!! stay metal douchebags \m/

  • HI! say is HIer! :)

  • DONT GET YOUR GAIN TONE FROM PEDALS, STOP BEING A DOUCHE AND SAVE UP AND BUY A GOOD TUBE AMP! ENGL,PEAVEY,MESA,ETC, MAYBE USE A TUBE SCREAMER AT MOST!

  • @whitewalls1222 I agree, I got the best tone of my life when I finally could afford a Hiwatt amp.

  • This guy is crap

  • i want something real mean but clean idk what pedal to get

  • @7Maggot4life Just picked up a boss st-2 powerstack and it sounds amazing....you have cruncjy classic tones and realy mean high gain sounds.....and i think theyre very clean too, dont really rely on this demo tho....this guy made the pedal sound very muddy....like he does with all pedals xD

  • needs more overdrive ithink and the amp is so quiet!

you can buy me so i can make guitar distroed nices!!!

  • needs more overdrive ithink and the amp is so quiet!

  • good good

  • I play for a metal band in NC called War Torn Martyr. We would really appreciate some feedback on our music and looking to tour soon with our upcoming EP. Check out our practice session! Type this in the search and give us some support? War Torn Martyr - Bleeding For the People

  • he had the zakk wylde thing goin' for a sec, but not much else other than that. I have this pedal, but trying to figure out what's the real diff between this one and a regular distortion pedal, or even the Satchurator (joe Satriani distortion pedal - which i also have).

  • cost?

  • this guy sucks at pinch harmonics...

  • @ILoveallguitars haha I was just going to say the same xD

  • @ILoveallguitars casue his sound is shit

  • this guy is unable to play metal. I think if he even attempted he'd die

  • lol pretty out of hand? well put on a freakn dress and crank some brittany.

  • Best pedal ever, really great to mix with, many metalbands wont even record their guitar without it. Really heavy scooped sound, perfect for hardcore and really heavy metal! \m/

  • why dont you play some metal

  • epic pedal :D

  • i got this pedal recently..im trying to make it sound more like a dual rectifire..anyone kno how i should set this up?

  • @nhung311 Who cares of that. You can play everything you want (it doesnt matter name of the pedal, rather the way that you play it).

  • @aldinni09 Yeah I agree with you but...that patches don't fit the blues

  • just got this its so nice its got a low and high as well as level and distortion

  • just got this its so nice

  • what the??? ! it's called "METAL CORE" Stop playing some blues things or solos.

  • @nhung311 doesn't mean you can only play metalcore with it. it's just the name man..

  • 10% of metal musicians actually know what they are doing.

This pedal is for 90% of metal musicians.

  • @WOMPAS4EVER agreed.

  • what is better metal zone mt-2 or this?

  • uughhh i need a breakdown....please chug sir

  • OMFG STOP DOING SOLOS >:(

  • World Music Supply: The Worst Demos, yet, I am compelled to watch.

  • @onetime504 ditto lol

  • i am so glad i aren't the only person who thinks tht these reviews aren't actually about the pedals. just about this guy thinking he some guitar god :/

  • i agree he only improvises with blues he dont know another style or what??

its metalcore you play metal or hard core not blues

  • World MUsic Supply gives the worst reviews

  • i have the pedal don't let him fool you it's actually pretty good

  • haha dude go back to playing blues or somthin your terrible.

  • i would give these vids more respect, if Jason Spencer wasnt in them.

  • If its a metal core pedal..shouldnt you play metal core and not compare it with the rock genre

  • This video was uploaded on my birthday. Thank god I didn't find it, it would be the worst birthday ever...

  • Things you need with this pedal.

    1. If you want "true" metal sounds you'll need an EQ Pedal. This doesnt have a mid adjuster... You need an EQ to scoop them.

    2. Buy a Noise Gate.

    3. Buy a Marshall or Mesa Boogie Tube stack already. Get a Overdrive pedal for some extra Ummmph. You wont regret it.

    4. This guy is a dumbass. Schecter guitar playing blues? Good One.
