cup strength. angle yourself at a 45 degree angle away from the weight stack.with the cable above your head. the foot closest to the stack... put flat on the ground. and pin your elbow to your knee. let the pulley pull through your figners and then curl and lean with the weight like you are pulling in comp. pull through the index pull through the pinky... and hook if you want it's a great side pressure exercise. if it makes sense.

@Bassasin45 nope it doesn't.. lol.. sounds as though you have to crunch your body to get your elbow to the knee.. better use a bench..
