As a Pinoy born in the USA ... i feel it cannot be more true that it is the Man himself who will determine whom is beautiful in his eyes. Our candidate was pretty and sexy. But i do think she did not have much support from BP and our own government. BP should upgrade and offer higher cash prizes, scholarships, house and lot, modelling contract and a whole lot more in order to attract deseving candidates. As a Pinoy born in the USA ... i feel it cannot be more true that it is the Man himself who will determine whom is beautiful in his eyes. Hmmm I respect your opinion pero I really have huge doubts talaga I saw her walk not di siya fluid gumalaw she needs more polishing. I have been involved in pageants for three years as a designer, stylist at trainer at since 7 y/o ako I have been watching them so I see how they evolve from age to age. I'm not questioning your anu ha capabilities I actually like your insight but we see the world in different ways kaya we find it hard to compromise :-)

Asian contestants were the best this year in Miss Universe 2009. I just dont understand not a single one of them finished in the top 15? I have watched the preliminaries too and they did excellent especially Miss Vietnam and Miss Philippines!

Ive seen the preliminaries, MISS PHILIPPINES performance was really outstanding and to exclude her from the top 15 is outrageously fraud! She deserves at least to be in top 15 if Trump doesnt want Miss Philippines to win! But for me, she is the Miss Universe 2009 material. She deserves it and so shocking to find out she didnt make it to the top 15. In fact, she is tall(5'11), very poised and graceful. She rocked the swimsuit competition. Her catwalk was excellent. This is really disappointing!

If we establish the same beauty school like Venezuela or India, Im sure we wont have droughts like this. I feel that those pinays joining modelling contest are the best ones to lure to join BP. Its all in the prizes they offer, believe me. So many deserving ones will join if they upgrade everything. Sometimes, BP can be stingy with prisez, productions. Latin American countries take beauty contest seriously thats why they can produce winnwers!

Our candidate was pretty and sexy. But i do think she did not have much support from BP and our own government. BP should upgrade and offer higher cash prizes, scholarships, house and lot, modelling contract and a whole lot more in order to attract deseving candidates. BP has somehow lost the allure and prestige over the years. You guys are right there should be a revamp in the whole system. Make BP more interesting and exciting. In Venezuela there is a school for beauty aspirants.
