thank you so much. Combining this with meditation is something truly beautiful and extraordinary. The mere thought of 'listening' to the sun's energy amplifies and heightens the mediation experience. I cannot translate my gratitude into words. AWESOME!
@nistyboy32 ~ You are very welcome. And thank you for such lovely positive feedback. The "sun song" is said to have a powerful ability to restructure water in a very positive way. Adding your beautiful meditation experience to that I reckon you must be doing great things to all the water molecules of your brain and body as per the work of Mesaru Emoto. Onwards and upwards my friend. Namaste.
@Satori1800 ~ Happy to hear that this video is helping you so much. There are a string of brainwave entrainment videos already available in each of the AlphaSun, ThetaSun and DeltaSun series. Hope you also find them to be helpful to you. Thank you for your positive feedback. Namaste.
@MrOldcap ~ Lol. Yes, it does. Makes me wonder if there might be a singing bowl out there with the same (or similar) frequency as the "sun song" frequency? If not then somebody should make one :-) Thanks for sharing. Namaste.
@baconArchitect ~ Thank you for your comment. If I were you I'd take a copy of it along on your mp3 player next time you visit the dentist, lol. And yes indeed, harmonics (and frequencies in general) is a very neat thing to study! Namaste.
@baconArchitect ~ Generally speaking I would say a definite "No". But there are always exceptions. Some important ones are briefly outlined in my reply to @Nab4nd. Thank you too for raising the question. Namaste.
@Nab4nd ~ Did you read the video information? Yes, I have little doubt that it can; epilectics for example are particularly vulnerable to such frequencies. And not just via sound. Light flashing too. Excessive use of anything - like food, alcohol, your favourite chocolate (blood sugar levels off the charts), water (you drown), even computer games - can kill. Bottom line: used with common sense and normal health all natural brainwave entrainment frequencies should be perfectly safe, imho.
check out what Im building when tuned in to this channel on you tube called brain enlightment, look up russell bradford banks on fb Im a well known streetrod buider in Roswell New Mexico , and yes I have fabricated a few full scale models of UFO, s , lol , . . . . . the project I building is a radical streetrod thats called Mad Max , it will be 5 years next month on one project , the sounds I hear peak my abilitys , . . .
The text at the start of this video makes a number of bold claims. Without wanting to doubt the authenticity of these claims, I was wondering if you had any evidence (scientific and accurate) that the Sun restructures water in a way that is beneficial, and that the "low-delta" beat frequency in the video can reduce levels of cortisol in the body? Thanks :)
@ccnnffpp00660077 ~ Thank you for some great questions! On sun restructured water see "atlantispa (dot) com (slash) press-releases (slash) sun-sounds-restructure-water_2" as a good starting point (the work of Mesaru Emoto is recommended). And on cortisol reduction see "familyhealthguide (dot) co (dot) uk (slash) mindfulness-meditation-leads-to-increases-in-brain-gray-matter-density-in-just-8-weeks". Via the fruits of meditation even changes in brain structure can be achieved!
After 5 or 7 minutes i start to feel really hot, like if the temperature around me suddenly increased but only in my chest area, im kind of new this, is it normal?
@toxikberry ~ In a very real sense we are all "kind of new" when it comes to brainwave entrainment. While we have a basic grasp of the general dynamics involved personal experience can vary greatly from individual to individual. So many variables can impact on the general experience; physical & mental health, environmental factors, etc, etc. With you it may be a heart chakra thing. I have no way of knowing for sure. Rule 1: If it feels unpleasant in any way STOP using it. Namaste.
@pimpo911 ~ Thank you for your question. I get asked this often. The short answer is that your speakers (which can't handle that low of a frequency either) don't product the "beat frequency" (bf) - the wah wah part of the sound - your brain does! Try listening using your desktop speakers. Put an ear to each speaker in turn - there is no "wah wah" whatsoever. By sending different frequencies to each stereo channel on the same carrier wave your brain echos the difference between them as the "bf".
@NewDayDawning2012 i still dont quite understand, so the bf is 1hz? my brain produces 1hz? what hz is it when u listen it with stereo desktop speakers??
@pimpo911 ~ Yes. The wah-wah part is one "wah" per second, lol. Not so much that your brain produces the beat frequency as such. It's more like your consciousness "experiencing" it as an artifact that emerges out of the left and right hemispheres of the brain hearing different frequencies at exactly the same time from the same carrier wave. You would probably benefit a bit from Googling "Beat Frequency" & "Binaural Beat". Hope this helps you some my friend. Thank you for your comments. Namaste.
@pimpo911 ~ On the second part of your question (which I almost missed, sorry): There are two things happening when you listen. 1) You hear the basic carrier frequency (or tone) which, in my Alpha, Theta, & Delta "Sun Series" videos, is the recently discovered "sun song" of 126.22hz . And, 2), the phantom "experiential" or brain generated part - which is the "wah-wah" beat frequency (in this case one beat per second - or 1hz). So, one ear is on 126.22hz & the other ear is on 127.22hz. Namaste.
@G00n3r4Life ~ The effectiveness of the video lies entirely with the sound - as you rightfully poinedt out. The rest is basic entertainment. Thank you for commenting. Namaste.
@xXCrimsonVirtueXx ~ Thank you for sharing your experience. Must admit its a new one on me. I hope you immediately switched off at that point? Wonder how it would go if, like GOOn34Life suggests, you only listened? Namaste.
@DarkShadowBlu ~ Lol. Sorry 'bout that. Thank God for the off button, huh. As the wise saying goes: "You can please some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time" ;-) Thank you for your comment. Namaste.
@Warkando121 ~ Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings with us on your DeltaSun experience. There is a lot of good research that clearly indicates the benefits of brainwave entrainment. Google should easily provide you with all you need on that. What you get here however is not just a simple binaural beat. You get that beat frequency riding on a wave of "sun song" - as described in the video information section. And you know how essential the sun is for all life - and health. Namaste.
i have the idt audio to i have to enabled or disable when i use it i heard the sound like first on left h ear n then rigth ear n left n rigth left rigth n with out the IDT audio i hear it on both ear at the same time
@florenciomiramontes ~ Hmm. Not sure what is going on there. But thank you for taking the time and trouble to leave that feedback. Appreciated. Namaste.
just wondering is it a bad idea to listen to all 6 of these videos at the same time (1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, and 3.5) just wondering because i was doing that a few minutes ago and about 5 minutes in i started getting a little bit of a head ache... o well just thought id ask (thanx for the post btw
@mattpwnz211 ~ Yes, in my opinion I think it is. The problem is that the various beat frequencies interact and generate sub-harmonics which then interact generating more sub-harmonics, and so on. While we know quite a lot about the effects of specific frequencies on the brain we don't know quite so much about the effects of simultaneous cocktails of them. That is why, unlike many other frequency videos on YouTube, I keep it simple. Just because one is good DOESN'T mean more is better. Namaste.
@NewDayDawning2012 Ah thanks for the feedback... sticking to one at a time now :P By the way i think that anyone who has seen your videos appreciates the time you took to post all of these so i just want to say thank you again :D
@NewDayDawning2012 So... Possibly me listening to five all at once is not good? I like the sound, but now that you mention it, I guess it could be like auditory neuro-surgery. I wonder if you can get addicted to this... *oh nooooee*
@CrazyNatalia936 ~ The more different frequencies you play simultaneously the more you generate sub-harmonics & the harder it becomes to predict the end-result effect on the user. That's why I like to keep it simple & focused. The effects of single beat frequencies on the human brain are pretty much known & understood. Beyond that you are gambling with the state of your brain imho, lol. Addiction? Perfectly possible imho. And not at all advisable. Overdosing on anything in never a good idea.
@NewDayDawning2012 Good to know~! Thanks. Though I really should have figured that out on my own... >_>|| I'll try to keep my brain nicely intact and only listen to one binaural frequency at a time. Lest I become the first (possibly first) person addicted to sound.
@Ceateneo ~ Thank you. Yes more research is indeed needed. Or I should say more "open research". I say this because I think there is already a great deal of "closed research" (government classified etc) because of the enormous potential of both weaponising the wild-west frontier of brainwave entrainment, and also for exploiting it for the purposes of mind control on the individual and collective levels (your TV is a fantastic brain-entrainment frequency generator for example). Namaste.
As soon as I stop listening to this, my hearing is phenomenal. And it feels like I can feel my brain thinking. I can feel my brain telling my body what to do. Truly remarkable.
@BruinAtHart87 ~ Thank you for sharing your personal experience with this powerful, binaural beat, brain entrainment video. Sometimes less is more. I think this video is a good example of that principle. There is no music. No competing freqencies. No diluting sub-harmonics. It power lies in its uncompromising focus - like the sonic equivalent of a laser beam. It seeks only to "entrain" rather than "entertain". Hence its low "like" count, lol. Thanks again for the "truly remarkable". Namaste.
