@blueberriesrock25 I think Molly's departure from the entire wrestling business was a "perfect storm" of things coming together, not just one thing. These are all things she's said in interviews on why she left:
1) Drug use among her co-workers
2) Changing attitudes on how women are depicted in wrestling
3) She came to hate playing a heel
4) She had a breast cancer scare in January 2005
5) She was sick of being on the road so much and never getting to spend time with friends
Molly was a great in-ring performer, but she had two problems: 1) she didn't have the overt sex appeal they wanted the "divas" to have, and 2) Stephanie McMahon. Stephanie was the one who wanted Molly to be a heel, and Stephanie was the one who came up with the brilliant (not) idea to have everyone make fun of Molly's derriere.
It's sad that she had two reigns as Women's Champion, but is known to the average fan as "the fat-ass who got her head shaved". She deserved better.
@divaface21 If she was going to go to TNA, she would have done it years ago. If she went there in 2005, she would have had a few reigns as Knockouts champion, not to mention I'm sure Gail Kim would have been happy to have her co-conspirator back by her side.

Even thought Trish is my favorite WWE diva, I still think that Molly, in terms of experience, is more of a veteran... really hope that she becomes a hall of famer someday
