9 years ago, when I sang this song with my primary school classmates, we believed it and had faith in Singapore. Now 9 years later, after being educated, I realize that the Government is not practicing what they preach. They are not caring, not sharing and definitely, are not working hand in hand with Singaporeans. I believe this song should have been what Singaporeans set out to achieve, but we have failed. And there is no denying it.
