i'm not a big fan of this type of lacrosse but it is a style. traditionally the best lacrosse teams trades work on fundamentals:stick skills, ball movement, shutdown COORDINATED D and moving players around. players with the best stick handle and creativity tend 2 be super stars. i noticed theres a lot of this "rough" play style out on the west coast and more so in the southwest. its ugly but its their style, can't knock u guys for that and some nice cleanup hits but A LOT were illegal

Think about it. College lacrosse games aren't a bunch of meat head high school players who want to get the most hits they can possible. If they're ground balls they go through and scoop them up, they don't wait till the other team tries to scoop them up and then lay them out. A real good team knows it's about winning not making the nastiest hit. Ya you'll get the occassional "big hit," but you won't get 5 big hits in a game like some high schools.

and after all the hits, the camera cuts straight to the next one. because the ref blew the whistle and stopped them on most of them. as i said, some were nice. But thats shameless

all the hits were legal and sweet up til about 1:25 seconds into the clip. after that point, it turned into late hits and pushes from behind. The last hit was just straight up illegal. Who the fuk does that in lacrosse? who dives at the feet of the attacker?
