Yes, that is the one. Paul Schrader is a master. Love his films (CAT PEOPLE, AMERICAN GIGOLO, THE LAST TEMPTATION OF CHRIST, TAXI DRIVER, & AUTO FOCUS along with MISHIMA: A LIFE IN FOUR CHAPTERS), this is one of his very best since CAT PEOPLE & THE LAST TEMPTATION OF CHRIST. You know Paul Schrader?!? And this film, too?! He is true genius. Have you seen the other films by him, that i described before? That was one of the last scenes, very sad & bloody.

@tapesan09 I love Schrader's work, too -- HARDCORE, BLUE COLLAR, THE COMFORT OF STRANGERS are other gems -- but he wrote the screenplay for LAST TEMPTATION OF CHRIST...it was Scorsese who directed it.
