  • these look super yum! thanks so much! <3

  • Well dint know what your talkin about ,

" just cos I was staring at her nice chest "

  • looks so good.im subbing!!

  • You look overly skinny. You should eat some meat and fill that body out.

  • @WhiteTiger225 your jokeing right? she isnt overly skinney.she looks slim.im more skinney than she is and i consider myself skinney\slim.vegans dont need meat to gain weight.when i became vegetarian i gain few pounds because i ate allot of regular cheese with pasta.im a vegan now.i heard that even vegan cheese is not so different from regular cheese so people can gain weight from that too

  • @cherri7 First off, height vs weight ratio is BS. It was invented in colonial times as a solve all and marks anarexics as healthy half the time.

Until the paris runway, what you call "Slim" people would call "Near death or having some parasite" since before the paris runway, 130-150 was healthy AND "sexy". But sincepeople saw the skinny women on paris runways who WERENT meant to be sexy, but living coat hangers to show off the clothes, being healthy is no longer sexy and doctors sell to that :p

  • @WhiteTiger225 actually i consider her meduim not slim or skinney which is why i was shock when you said she was overly skinney.if she gains weight she'll be fat.trust me she isnt below 130.im about 125 and tall.height vs ratio isnt BS.someone who is short and 125 pounds would look fat.people on the runway aren't slim but they are skinney.slim means not really skinney but close to skinney.even though i weigh 125 i consider myself slim because of my chest size ...lol.150 ;0 is fat not sexy

  • @WhiteTiger225 BMI stuff is dump because they consider fat to be healthy.im normal size which is healthy and that's how people should be.my gym teacher said to me dont listen to the BMI stuff and she said im fine.bmi said im underweight which is crap and it wants me to be fat to be healthy

  • @cherri7 I love talking to Vegens. Sense and Logic goes in one year, keywords get picked out, and those keywords are all they hear since they want to believe theselves the "Master Race' of food eaters XD

  • how can i make a raw egg taste good i see no videos on this

  • @heythisrocks vegans dont eat eggs or anything that comes from animals.they also dont eat things that people use animals to produce those things.i just heard that some sugar brands like lantia or whatevr it is called uses bone char to make the sugar white and stuff.so those sugars arent vegan.

  • Fructose and maple syrup is basically sugar,,

  • Fructose comes from fruit so has a much lower GI level, maple syrup comes from a maple tree

sugar comes from sugar. If you are looking for the lowest gi then agave syrup is great and stevia is the lowest.

  • Actually sugar comes from the sugar cane plant, which is a tall shoot. The fibre is filled with a very sweet juice, you can peel it then chew on the fibre and suck the juice out.

Sugar is also made from sugar beets, which are also juiced. The juice is boiled to remove water and extract the sugar crystals.

When these are bleached then they've been over-processed and are more harmful.

You might want to look into xylitol if you haven't, it's a great alternative to sugar or fructose.

  • Thanks for your replies and your help, i have been away for 5 weeks! Anette

  • @AnetteMartinsen We are Grain and Dairy obsessed in this country, and its all garbage!..almond milk, and coral calcium is Great!

  • Agave or stevia are your best bet as far as sweetners go. The problem with fructose is that it's solely metabolized by the liver. In fruit it comes in small quantities along with fibre and water, so it's absorbed by the body at a proper rate, but when it's refined and in large quantities, the liver can't process it fast enough, so it becomes fat quickly and you get a fatty liver. Glucose, or plain sugar can be processed by the cells through insulin and turned to energy, or fat if it's not used.

  • I was gonna come back to this comment but kinda forgot about it. Thanks! That's basically what i wanted to say but i would have word it awkwardly =(

  • I forgot to add, xylitol is a fantastic sugar substitute. It does get metabilized by cells through insulin, but unlike regular sweetners, it's not a carcinogen and doesn't feed harmful bacteria. It's actually very good for your teeth.

  • The title is deceptive - technically, the recipe should be labeled TABLE sugar free, because maple syrup & fructose ARE sugar

  • Ima try and make this! You made it easy for a 15 year old to understand! Thanks!

  • WOUAHOU!! sounds so yummy!

i'm longing to do the same recipe TOMORROW!
