Come up with your own business idea (you have the time!) instead of posting ruubish on the net. Do you have a chair that helps posture? No, your sitting on a pillow. Why not use some of your "hard earned" money and invest in a good bed, good chair and a cycle machine (low impact, better than walking) to loose some weight which would also help the "pain".

People who dont understand chronic pain will ever understand what people like you and i have to deal with every day!
