    1. I totally agree with the style decsribed by Shatros

    2. Girl #5 - really hot.

    3. The best hairstyle of all time: A middle parted flip with bangs flipped up in an angel-wing swoop. You need a hairstyle that hugs the head until the base of the head and then flips up in a curly celebration of your femaninity! It's sexy, sassy, and sensuous.

  • The first coloured 1

  • All depends on how many styles you want to be able to get out of it. Some go for the layered look, others have it all the same length. Then there's bangs; Long bangs, short bangs, wispy bangs (unevenly cut I guess) or no bangs at all.

I like most all the medium/long hair styles but once you get your desired look the maintenance becomes effortless after a while which leads most people to get bored and start looking for different haircut styles.

  • just get a zillion layers and you'll be able to do most of these styles.

  • i'd say get your hair as veronica lake has it.

its soo beautiful and you can do many things with long hair

but its really up to you, and how you style your hair.

  • go blonde- we have more fun fun fun!!!

    : )

    Luv Melanie

  • Audrey Hepburn's short style is the best minimal effort needed and it will not get trapped in anything like doors or zips. short and sweet :)

  • hahahaha its ridiculous people are still commenting on a vid that is 2 years old!

  • I think the rita hayworth hairtsyle will suit you best with half long hair.

  • personally, I like long, thick, silky, straight with big soft bouncy curls at the ends and a long flip or bang covering one eye. If you have someone you love, find out what they like and style it to their taste. If you don't, you should know that most men prefer a girl to have hair that is quite long. While individual taste does vary a lot among men, waist length seems to be the most popular.

  • i like 5 she's pretty who is that?

  • Rita.

    Definitely Rita.

  • No. 4 is actress Myrna Loy, who was in all the Thin Man Movies in the 30s & 40s. If you can rock that look, my hat is off to you!

  • 07.Veronica Lake

    OR

    16.Marilyn Monroe

But I'd prefer Veronica Lake's style.

    Which one would you prefer?

  • old hairstyles much!

  • What's this song?

    It's beautiful.

  • so where's the cut?

  • a lot of them are just styles not cuts, so you could replicate a lot of them just by getting your hair cut to medium length and then investing in some curlers etc

  • I think you should get the audrey hepburn nice and short

  • id go for posh spices hair style, or if you want something more classy then marilyn mongue's style

  • shave it off

  • You basically want shoulder length and curls from all of the pictures so go with one that is shoulder length

  • Pick the one that has the highest forehead and the thinnest hair, because you have a high forehead and thin hair. Whichever model's face shape and hair type you most match, go with. You know your face/hair/forehead/hair type and what your hair can handle. Go with that.

  • You should label the pictures on the video. It's hard to read which one it is and go back and forth without hitting pause. :) Also, after chopping my hair to about an inch all arounf, I'd say start with the longer ones and then if you don't like it you can always cut it shorter. Learn from my mistakes! Haha

  • be yourself

  • it depends on what u look like but bald and perms r easy to look after

  • Shave your head.

  • i'd say veronica lake!i don't know how you look but i think that it suits to everyone!btw can u tell me tha name of the song?? thanks!

  • well.. kinda hard to decide when i dont know how you look :p

  • shave to blad... than u will be so sexy..

  • 18!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i love 19. Jayne Mansfield - Shoulder length w/ curls and also love the Bettie Page Hair style!

  • Who is that woman who appears at 1:19? I might get my hair styled like hers!

  • hey hope u chose a good haircut!! just wondered what that song is??

  • Forgot to mention, most of those looks are not suitable for fine hair (it usually looks limp), one might have to add extensions (clip-on will do)

and you also need some make up to balance out the look

    Hope this helps =)

  • It also depends on how high maintenance you're willing to be, I've done a course on hairstyling, and trust me, most of those looks would take around 3 layers of mousse for a photoshoot, otherwise it looks phoney. And if you have dry hair, you'll need to do a Nanomax quite frequently to prevent your hair from looking like hay. =(

It's certainly worth it if you've got the energy and the money!

  • it all depends on what u look like especially ur bone and body structure.

  • rita hayworth is the BEST!

  • You should think about your face shape and the vintage persons face shape. If you have the similar face shape id imagine its more likely to suit you.

  • whos number 8?

  • I believe that's Gretchen Mol from "The Notorious Bettie Page" (2005).

  • 18 deffinately

  • I got my hair cut in a number 9 today (shoulder length with curls) - it looks great but I don't think I'll be able to maintain it...the Bettie Page look is great but not everyone can get away with that fringe!

  • 5 it's okay

  • Number 07 or 17

  • Number 18 would be sooo hott

  • you obviously like wavy/curly hair with the vintage look.

i think you should layer your hair at the ends and get BIG curls. it'll look pretty

  • i think these hairstyles are great. but these are all hairstyles, they have all been styled to look like that, like the curls, the oarting of the hair and the its all pinned. i have haerd that there is a certain haircut the girls in th 40' and 50's that they all had to be a ble to put their hair up like that easir. if onley i knew what exactly it lookd like when thay didnt style it lol. but yea am sure uv prob got ur har cut already? xxxx

  • I actually haven't got my hair cut already. I really want to get the best look, but then I get nervous because I worry about being able to maintain the look. So I know what you mean when you say almost all these looks have already been styled to get that way. It sure would be hard work to look that way every day. Lol. :)

  • lol yea i guess it would. i do love them styles alot though and i wish i could pull them poff everyday as wellas dress i just wish i had the confidence :( i lack that i think i need that boost. i have my days of confidence but mnot always. and id love to know a soulotion to wearing heels everyday, for example how did they do it years ago, didd their feet never hurt?? :s xx

  • Bald!

  • too many options

  • you cannot have your hair style like audrey's unless you gel and comb it everyday. trust me...i cut my hair like that and you can only shape it into the look you want.

  • It's hard to say.. There was no picture of you so I don't know which hair style would look good on you..

  • #10

  • i love veronica lakes hairstyle.very classic.

  • definitely number 18

  • Great song, great haircuts, especially 18*Audrey Hepburn. However for your pretty face and gorgous red hair I'd advice you to choose a straight bob haircut.

  • i liked the second picture of rita. that style would look great on you. your going vintage and that's something different. you'll stand out more.

  • Of the choices give, I would pick #6 - Audrey Hepburn. Love that look!

  • 18. Audrey Hepburn, definetly

  • I like the hair in the 2nd picture. I also like the hair in the 2nd to last picture...I like long wavy, styled. But I didn't I didn't like it on the young Marilyn. On her I like shorter blonde hair. I did not like Jane Mansfield's hair color. I like blonde and red, but not all one solid color.
