I noticed that you orient the images to align the eyes. However, as seen especially with the initial images, the mouth is poorly aligned to the mouths of the other pictures.
What you could do is set it so that the image is scaled, horizontally and vertically, so that facial features align inside of a square, with the eyes in the upper corners and the mouth centered at the bottom. Then, keep track of the scaling values, extracting the average aspect ratio for each face. Then rescale the average.
but u used faces of your society right....

Don't use FaceMerger 2.2 because it has some bugs.
