Uploader is an idiot. Of course everyone's going to be removed from the scene, brought to lockup and questoned - It looks like a standard friday night on king st. to put it bluntly, looks like the participants (and uploader) have a had a few drinks, and we all know how reliable and trustworthy drunks are. Should have confiscated your phone to see if there was a video of the fight on it. Would have saved us all 4 minutes of our lives.

Just because you can't see him resisting (because multiple police officers are holding him down...wonder why??) doesn't mean he wasn't before the video was turned to him. Probably why it was taking many of them to hold him down. Plus, his warnings could have been issued when the video was outside even before the video was focused on him. To many unknowns to say with any certainty.

The video is grainey but i saw no resisting that would require a tazer to be used. The guy is right in saying that the poice have no right to take his camera as he is only video taping a place and situation he happened to be in
